DELIVERY AND RETURN CONDITIONS

The return period is 10 days from the date of delivery. You must send an e-mail to hello@bapubags.com stating the product you want to return, the order number and the reason for return. When your e-mail reaches us , the return process will be initiated. The shipping fee for returns belongs to the buyer. The product to be returned must not be washed, unused and undamaged in its original package, and resalable . After the product's compliance with the return conditions is checked, it will be refunded to your card within 3 business days. Depending on your bank, it may take a few days for you to see your return on your card.
